Location

The help point is beside (south of) the shelter, which is about half way along the platform.

To Use

There's a notice saying that all users will be videoed and connected to the Scotrail office.

The unit is rectangular with a weather shield above the mic and speaker. There are two buttons on the panel facing onto the platform, though it was not clear which did what at the time of our survey. We suggest you use the right-hand button to request assistance as this is in line with other, similar units we've found elsewhere.
