Note there's no pavement along the west side of Brunstane Road South or Gilberstoun, beside the station. There is, however, tactile paving on the east side of Brunstane Road South, opposite the north entrance, which is about 20 metres before the first turning left. There is also tactile paving on the east side of Gilberstoun, opposite the bridge. If you cross the road here, turn right and locate the entrance on your left after a few metres.

Via the North Entrance

Having crossed Brunstane Road South, continue forward past the bike stands on your right, across tactile paving then down three flights of steps onto the platform. You're near the rear of the train to Newcraighall.

Via the South Entrance

Having crossed Gilberstoun, turn right and locate the entrance on your left. Follow the path which veers right then left again, onto the platform. You're near the front of the train to Newcraighall.
