As you enter the booking hall via the west entrance, the ticket sales/assistance window is in the right-hand wall, just before you reach the gate line.

If you enter via the north entrance, turn left and continue across the booking hall before turning left. The ticket sales/assistance window is on your right, just before you reach the gate line.

Subway staff can open the manual gate and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination.
