As you enter the booking hall via the west entrance, the ticket sales/assistance window is in the right-hand wall, just before you reach the gate line.
If you enter via the north entrance, turn left and continue across the booking hall before turning left. The ticket sales/assistance window is on your right, just before you reach the gate line.
The station is open between 6:30 am and 11:20 pm.
Holders of concessionary cards (disabled and over 60) are required to buy a 40p concession ticket, whilst blind people with passes are encouraged to collect a free ticket from the sales window. The free tickets are single journey tickets which operate the automatic gates.
As you turn left from the ticket sales window, the gate line is in front of you with the two automatic entrances toward the right-hand end of the gate line and the manual gate to your left of these. Go through the gates.
You can either use the right-hand escalator to reach the intermediate level or go down two flights of steps, between the up and down escalators., Continue, from the intermediate level, down two flights of steps onto the platform.
This is an island platform with no tactile paving near the edges. The outer circle is to your left, you're near the rear of the train, whilst the inner circle is to your right, you're near the front.
