Go down 3 steps, going north, turn right and go down 8 then 11 steps, going east onto the platform. The second and third flight of steps is divided by a central rail, though we found no indication of which is the preferred side.
At the west end of the platform, is the slope down from the bridge from platform 8 (on the south side) and a path leading to three steps down to a blank door (on the north)

You can go either side of this but keep to the right or you'll hit the Under side of the steps.

The platform widens, across the foot of the steps.

There's a concrete block across the middle of the platform. Do not go left of this as you can go between the railings and a single rail, off the edge of the platform, into a pit of rubbish.
The platform narrows with a single rail on your left.

The rear carriage stops beside the single railing, mentioned above.
