The booking office is located towards the Victoria Road (southeast) end of the station building. There are two entrances:

From platform 1, via two steps through the first door on your right. Turn left, the ticket sales window is in front of you.
From Platform 2, via the ramp, go up towards Victoria Road (southeast) and turn right, through the door in front of you. The ticket sales window is towards the far end of the right-hand side of the room.
