The Upper Level Platforms, 1 - 7
Overview
This section includes the area of the concourse inside the gates plus the upper level platforms, 1 - 7, leading north.
Note that, to reach platform 1, you leave the concourse along platform 2. Platform 1 begins on your left beyond the buildings.
Platforms 3 - 4 and 5 - 6 are island platforms, whilst platform 7 is a separate platform running along the east side of the station.
Note that the lifts to the lower level platforms, 8 - 9, are on platform 7.

Platforms 1 - 2
This is an island platform with platform 1 lying west of platform 2. Platform 1 begins some distance north of the concourse, beyond the buildings.
There's a row of large, round pillars close to the wall along platform 2. This continues along the middle of the island platform 1 - 2, to the end of the canopy.
There is tactile paving along the edge of each platform.
Note, there is no seating on these platforms.

Platforms 1 - 2
All features are now in the middle of the island platform. The platform slopes slightly away from the middle, to the edge of each platform. There's a row of planters along the middle of the platform.

This is an island platform with platform 3 lying west of platform 4. There's tactile paving along the edge of each platform.

Platforms 5 - 6, Going North from the Concourse
This is an island platform with platform 5 lying west of platform 6. There's tactile paving along the edge of these platforms.

Platform 7, Going North from the Concourse
This is a single platform running along the east side of the station. The lifts to platforms 8 and 9 are on this platform. There's tactile paving along the edge of the platform which extends beyond the other platforms in this station.
