The ticket sales and assistance window is in the middle of the far wall of the concourse as you enter via either entrance to the station. You pass the kiosk, then a cluster of ticket machines before you reach the window, which is in line with these.

Subway staff can open the manual gate and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination.
