FIND A PLATFORM FROM AN ENTRANCE

In the Concourse

As you enter the station via either entrance, the gate line to the inner circle is on the left-hand side of the concourse, whilst that for the outer circle is on the right.

The ticket sales and assistance window is in the middle of the far wall of the concourse as you enter via either entrance to the station. You pass the kiosk, then a cluster of ticket machines which are not accessible to vision impaired people, before you reach the window, which is in line with these.

The station is open between 6:30 am and 11:20 pm.

Holders of concessionary cards (disabled and over 60) are required to buy a 40p concession ticket, whilst blind people with passes are encouraged to collect a free ticket from the sales window. The free tickets are single journey tickets which operate the automatic gates.

To the Inner Circle

As you leave the ticket sales window, turn left for the inner circle, continue to the wall then turn left, avoiding the barrier, to find the gate line. The first two gates are the automatic entrances, with the manual gate just beyond these. Go through the gates, turn right and go down the escalator, then turn right onto the platform, you're near the front of the train.

To the Outer Circle

As you leave the ticket sales window, turn right for the outer circle, continue to the wall then turn right, avoiding the barrier, to find the gate line. The first two gates are the automatic entrances, with the manual gate just beyond these. Go through the gates, turn left and go down the escalator, then turn left onto the platform, you're near the rear of the train.
