If you enter the main entrance, the ticket sales/assistance window is in front of you, towards the right-hand end of the far wall. As you leave the ticket sales window, turn left. The gate line is in front of you, with the manual gate at the right-hand end and the three automatic entrances to your left of this.
If you enter via the north entrance, the ticket sales/assistance window is on your left. As you leave the ticket sales window, turn right. The gate line is in front of you with the manual gate at the far (right-hand) end, with the three automatic entrances to your right of the barrier in front of you.
The station is open between 6:30 am and 11:20 pm.
Holders of concessionary cards (disabled and over 60) are required to buy a 40p concession ticket, whilst blind people with passes are encouraged to collect a free ticket from the sales window. The free tickets are single journey tickets which operate the automatic gates.
Go through the gates, turn left and continue toward the steps. Those to the outer circle are to your right of those to the inner.
Go down a flight of steps, turn right (180 degrees, then go down another flight of steps onto the platform. This is an island platform about three metres wide with no tactile paving along the edges. The track to the inner circle is to your right, you're near the front of the train.
Note that the track to the outer circle is to your left, you cannot board outer circle trains from this platform.
Go down a flight of steps, turn right (180 degrees) and go down a flight of steps onto the platform.
This is a separate platform with no tactile paving along the edge. The track is to your right, you're near the rear of the train.
