In the Booking Hall

If you enter the station from Great Western Road, via the escalators, the ticket sales/assistance window is at the right-hand end of the far wall of the booking hall.

If you enter from the forecourt, turn left and find the ticket sales/assistance window on your left, beyond the door to the Station Supervisor's office.

The station is open between 6:30 am and 11:20 pm.

Holders of concessionary cards (disabled and over 60) are required to buy a 40p concession ticket, whilst blind people with passes are encouraged to collect a free ticket from the sales window. The free tickets are single journey tickets which operate the automatic gates.

To the Platform

As you leave the ticket sales window, turn right. The gate line is in front of you with the two automatic entrances at the left-hand end and the manual gate to your right of these. Go through the gates and continue forward, either down the left-hand escalator or the two flights of central steps.

Follow the left-hand wall, wich turns left then left again, before you go down a flight of steps onto the platform.

This is an island platform with no tactile paving along the edges. The outer circle is to your left, you're near the rear of the train, whilst the inner is to your right, you're near the front.
