If you enter the station from Great Western Road, via the escalators, the ticket sales/assistance window is at the right-hand end of the far wall of the booking hall.
If you enter from the forecourt, turn left and find the ticket sales/assistance window on your left, beyond the door to the Station Supervisor's office.

Parking tokens are obtained at the ticket desk after parking at Kelvinbridge. Cost £3.50 to park as long as you like and take a return journey. After 11.30 pm the car park barriers are lifted so you can leave at any time.
