As you enter the booking hall, the ticket sales/assistance window is in front of you.
The station is open between 6:30 am and 11:20 pm.
Holders of concessionary cards (disabled and over 60) are required to buy a 40p concession ticket, whilst blind people with passes are encouraged to collect a free ticket from the sales window. The free tickets are single journey tickets which operate the automatic gates.
As you leave the ticket sales window, turn right. The gate line is in front of you with the automatic entrance at the left-hand end and the manual gate at the right. Go through the gates, turn left and go down a flight of steps. Turn left, then left again, follow the short passage then go down two flights of steps onto the platform.
The inner circle is to your left, you're near the rear of the train, whilst the outer circle is to your right, you're near the front.
