PLATFORMS 12 TO 15 |

These platforms form a wide island with platform 12, being the north and 15 the south edge. There's a bay plattform (13) beside the west section and another (14) beside the east section of platform 12. Platform 15 is significantly shorter than other platforms on this station.
The platforms are divided into sections, from west to east, as follows:
There is no clear distinction for the blind to say in which section you are.
There's good tactile paving near the edges of all platforms.
There are two sets of steps from the west bridge, the first (north) set brings you onto platform 12, from which you can reach 13 and 14, whilst the second (south) brings you onto platform 15.

Each set of steps consists of five flights of eight steps, going down east.

You can turn right (180 degrees) from the foot of the first set of steps, or right from the lift opposite these. Platform 13A starts just before the lift as you move away (west) from the steps, so platform 13B is very short!

You can turn left at the foot of steps from the east bridge or, move left onto platform 12 from steps or lift from the west bridge. Continue (east) beyond the building then move to your right onto the platform.
At the time of our survey we noticed a sign saying 14D, we understand that short section (west) of this platform is called 14A but this must be very short!
