In the Concourse

• There's a waiting room on the south side of the North Concourse, between the bar and the passage towards the toilets.

• The first class lounge, the entrance is from the west side of the walkway between the two sections of the concourse, on your right shortly after you enter the walkway, moving away from the City Square entrance.

  On Platform 1

  The waiting room has a ramp up north to automatic doors. There are two vending machines at the east end, both selling soft drinks. There's an eye-level display on the north side, opposite the entrance.

  On Platforms 9 and 11

  The East Waiting Room

  You enter from platform 9 near the west end, near the east from platform 11. There's level access from each platform, via automatic doors which are often kept open.

  There's a low level display on the south side and a chocolate vending machine at the west end. The remainder of the space is occupied by seating area with tables.

  The West Waiting Room

  You enter from platform 9 near the west end, near the east from platform 11. There's level access from each platform, via automatic doors which are often kept open.

  There's a low level display on the north side and a drinks vending machine at the east end. The remainder of the space is occupied by seating area with tables.

  On Platforms 12 to 15

  The Waiting Room and Cafe on Platforms 12 and 15

  You enter facing south from platform 12C. This waiting room has two levels, a waiting area to the north and a raised cafe area to the south.

  Note that Journeys Friend is a separate kiosk west of the cafe, entrance on south side, opposite the end of track 13.

  On Platform 13B

  There's a shelter with an open entrance just west of the lift.

  On Platform 16

  The waiting room has two automatic doors, one at each end, you enter from the platform facing south.

  On your left (east) are 2 stools, 4 seats, 4 more stools, then 4 seats, whilst on the right is an information display unit.
