At Platform Level

• There's an information point with keypad and screen just outside the same day booking office.
• There's an information desk in front of you as you turn left into the platform level concourse from the main entrance.
• The Virgin Trains Information Desk is on the north side of the concourse, to your right as you enter from the long stay car park.

In the Waiting Area for Platforms 13 and 14

There's an electronic information point, with touch screen, to your left as you reach the top of the walkway from platforms 10 and 11 and a keypad driven one to your right.

On Platforms 13 and 14

There's a customer service office in front of you as you leave the lift from opposite the steps to platform 14.
