In the Platform Level Concourse

• There are three pay phones on the west side of the concourse, between the two lifts and the disabled persons toilet.
• There are two columns with internet and pay phones in the corridor, between Bagel Factory and Millie's Cookies.

At the Upper Level 3

There's a phone on the north side of the upper level, between Yates's Wine Lodge and the First Class Lounge.

At the Metro Link Level 1

There are three pay phones on the bridge over the tracks, between the entrance and exit steps.

At the Fairfield Street Level 0

There are two phones to your left at the bottom of the steps/escalator towards the departures platform.

In the Waiting Area for Platforms 13 and 14

There are two phones to your right, beyond the toilets, as you reach the top of the walkway from platforms 10 and 11.

On Platform 13

• There are two phones on platform 13B, outside the waiting room.
• There are two phones on platform 13, just before (west of) the accessible entrance to the waiting room/buffet.
