Ideally, you should book assistance in advance by phoning the relevant office.

Staff are available at the gate line, beside the Wide Aisle Gates, in the middle. Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows which are beyond the left-hand end of the gate line as you come in via the main entrance.
