The help point is on the south side of a post, beyond three metal boxes east of the foot of the steps from the bridge.

It consists of a rectangubar box with a sloped sided weather shield. As you face the unit, the left hand (west) button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand (east) is for train information.

Users will be video monitored.

The help point can also be used to get staff to order cabs from the station.
