There are two types of assistance phone on this station. The London Underground help points are confined to the small bridge, platforms 15 and 16; whilst the assistance phones are to be found in the mainline station.
The assistance phones on this station consists of a box with a handset which you raise and wait for a response from staff.
At the time of our survey, these were located:
These have a circular housing with a mic and speaker grill to the left. There are two buttons: the larger, green button for emergency use is above the smaller, blue one to request information.
At the time of our survey, there was a help point at the northeast end of the small bridge and two on each platform, 15 and 16.
