There is a lift between the concourse and each mainline platform. Each has clearly labelled controls and there are clear spoken announcements.
The lift is on the right-hand side of the concourse, as you come into the station via the main entrance, just beyond the ticket sales windows. The call button (up only) is to your right of the door. You enter facing north.
The lift is in the far right-hand corner of the waiting area as you leave the platform. the call button (down only) is to your left of the door. You enter facing south.
The controls are on a raised panel on the left-hand side as you enter from concourse level (right as you enter at platform level). The buttons, which are clearly labelled, are in a vertical column, from the top: Platform, Concourse, Open doors and Alarm.
The lift is towards the left-hand end of the passage towards platform 2, as you come into the station via the main entrance. As you face the door, the call button (up only) is to your right. You enter facing south.
The lift is in the southeast corner of the waiting area, in a recess beyond (east of) the top of the stairs. The call button (down only) is to your left of the door, you enter facing north.
