There is a help point on platform two, on the wall immediately to your right as you leave the concourse - beware the sharp pillar, on the platform just beyond this.

The help point consists of a rectangular box with a speaker grill at the top, there are two push buttons. The top button is for information, the bottom button is for emergency services.
