The help points on this station are mounted on posts, about 120 cm off the ground. A rectangular plate, protected by a weather shield, contains two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, coloured red; whilst the right-hand, with a metallic colour is for train information.

A prominent sign indicates that users are recorded on videotape.
