Location
The station is on an island between Great western road to the south, Maryhill Road running north, to the east and the slip road from Great Western Road to Maryhill Road, to the west.
This constitutes a triangle below street level which is reached via steps.
Entrances and Exits
The station has a single entrance/exit leading northwest onto a small forecourt from which three paths lead to street level.
- Bearing right from the entrance, you reach a platform to which there are five steps up from the north and east sides. Leading west from the platform, you go up nine then none steps, going west onto the north side of Great Western Road just east of the slip road.
- Going straight (southwest) from the entrance, you go through an underpass under Great Western Road. At the end, turn right (west), up the slope to Melrose Street which runs north/south. If you turn right (north) you go up the slope to Great Western Road.
Turning left (south) along Melrose Street, you go up 14 steps
towards Queens Crescent.
- If you turn left from the exit, you go down a slight slope then up a slope with widely spaced steps, leading southeast. From the top of these, you go down a single step onto the pavement along the west side of Maryhill Road.
