The station is bounded to the south by Euston Road (east/west), to the east by Pancras Road (north/south), to the west by Midland Road (north/south) and to the north by Goods Way. Pancras Road runs between this station and King's Cross Mainline Station.
There are nine entrances/exits to this station:
This entrance has two sections, the northern section is reached via a curving ramp, you go in facing west, whilst there are three steps up to the southern section, you go in facing north. You're at the east end of the north passage of the Level 0 concourse.

The lift is just inside the northeast entrance, with the top of the escalators a few metres south of this. You leave the lift facing south, whilst from the stairs or escalators, you're facing northwest. You're near the east end of the north passage. The left-hand escalator is normally the one you need.

You reach Level 0 facing north, the left-hand escalator is normally the one you need. From here you can turn left (180 degrees) for the stairs, or to either right or left for escalators to the High Speed 1 section of Level 1. Note that the lift inside the northeast entrance also serves the HS1 section.
There are two sets of automatic doors and tactile flooring inside the entrance. You're at the east end of the central passage, beside the Eurostar check-in.
You go up 3 x 12 steps going west, there's a row of bollards across the top of these steps. You continue forward for a short distance then turn right and continue into the concourse. The Baby Betjeman Pub is to your right and the Lovers Statue to your left.

You go through a door in the right-hand (north) side, as you go into the Western Concourse from Pancras Road, go up 3 x 10 steps, going north, into the concourse. The Lovers Statue is to your left (about 10 o'clock). These steps have tactile flooring at the top and bottom and are divided into two sets by a central rail.

Having gone into the Western Concourse from Pancras Road, you locate the level entrance to your right. This consists of four arches, you go through these, then another similar set of arches into the St Pancras concourse. You're at the south end of the main passage, facing north.
This is a level entrance via automatic doors. You're at the west end of the north passage, facing east.
You go through the doors, opposite the west end of the central passage and follow the passage right then left, through the doors onto Midland Road, turn right for the taxi queue.
This is a two-stage crossing with tactile paving throughout. As you cross from either side of Midland Road, the post with push button and rotating cone is to your right as you face the crossing. On reaching the central island, turn right then left. There's a post with push button and rotating cone to either side of you as you leave the island in either direction.
Although this is technically a traffic light controlled crossing, there is no pedestrian control. We therefore suggest you cross the east arm of this junction.
This is a two-stage crossing with tactile paving throughout. The push button with rotating cone is to your right as you leave the pavement in either direction. On the central island, you turn right then left, there's a post with push button and rotating cone to either side as you leave the island in either direction.
Note that, when crossing to the north (toward the station) the post to your left is actually for the crossing of Judd Street.
This is a single-stage crossing with tactile paving at each end. The post with push button and rotating cone is to your right as you cross in either direction.
There's a crossing from the island beyond (west of) the taxi queue. This is a single-stage crossing with tactile paving and sounder. There's a post with push button and rotating cone to each side of you as you cross in either direction. there are railings across the east end of the crossing, beside the taxi access road.
Bus Stop T, south of the first entrance into the Level 0 concourse, serves buses to Camden Town and Camden Road Stations, 46 and 214. The 214 is a 24 hour service. There's a ticket machine beside the bus stop.
There's a bus stop on the island beyond (west of) the taxi queue serving buses to Blackfirars or Angel Islington: 45, 46, 63, 214 (24 hour) and N63.
A taxi lane runs along the west side of Pancras Road then left along Goods Way, there’s a kerb between this lane and the road.

The first section of this entrance has a ramp to it which curves around a semi-circular railed area, beyond this, the second section of the entrance has three steps leading north into the concourse.

This appeared to be blocked by building works at the time of our survey. We're aware, however, of the northwest entrance and the taxi pick-up point outside the west central entrance.
The taxi road runs south between the station and Midland Road, leaving an island. There appears to be no controlled crossing outside the northwest entrance to the station. There are railings along the east side of the island from just south of the station entrance.
