Staff are usually available in the mainline concourse, at the entrance to each platform. Alternatively, you can request assistance at the travel centre or one of the information desks within the concourse.
This is to your right of exit 4, to Tenison Way, as you face away from the platforms.
You enter facing northeast. Go to your left to join the queue. There are seven desks for information and advanced bookings.
There are two staffed information desks in the mainline concourse, one opposite platform 4, the other opposite platform 16.
