As you enter the concourse from the car park entrance (facing southwest) you go down a slight slope. The ticket machines are on the right hand wall beyond the other entrance and the gate line is to your left.

As you enter the concourse from the High Street, facing southeast, you go down a step into the station. The ticket machines are to your right, the sales window is on the right hand wall and the gate line is in front of you.

As you approach the gate line, the manual gate is at the right hand end, next to the automatic entrance. Go through the gates and turn right. Go down two flights of stairs onto the platform. Platform 1, northbound is to your right, you're at the front of the train; platform 2, southbound is to your left, you're at the rear of the train.
