From the subway, go up 12 then 12 steps, going northwest into the waiting area. Platform 9 is to your left, 10 to your right.
Platform 10, being the terminus for the trains towards Gatwick Airport, is shorter than platform 9. There's a wooden fence along the side of platform 9 where it extends beyond each end of platform 10.

Open platform, beside a concrete wall next to the tunnel entrance to the car park. This end of platform 10 is some distance from platform 9.
