There are two help points on this station, one immediately to the west of the shelter on platform 1 and the other a few metres west of the shelter on platform 2, beyond the rubbish bin.

The help points are housed in a rectangular metal box, about 120 cm from the ground. There are two buttons towards the bottom of the unit, the left-hand button is for assistance whilst the right-hand is for train information.

A circular sign above the unit explains that users will be videoed and that calls are routed to the First Scotrail information centre.
