The door to the ladies toilets is on the north side of the concourse, between Hertz and the GNER customer services and lost property office.

There are gents toilets:

• at the south end of platform 4, past the gap to the Chaplin's office, just before the beginning of platform 2;
• on platform 8, just north of the gap opposite the steps from the bridge, beyond the tactile paving denoting the start of platform 8. This can also be entered from platform 9.

  There's a disabled persons toilet on platform 8, just north of the gap to platform 9 opposite the foot of the steps from the bridge. There's also a unisex disabled persons toilet reached via the same entrance from platforms 8 and 9 as that for the gents toilets.

  There's a unisex baby changing room beyond, (north of) the entrance to the gents toilets on platform 8.
