There's a disabled persons toilet in the northwest corner of the ground floor. As you enter the building, turn left and follow the wall into the north arm of the entrance hall, the door is on your left.

There's another disabled persons toilet on the second floor, in the southeast corner of the atrium around the Marble Staircase. From the top of the stairs, at second floor level, follow the balustrade round to your left, then left again, the door is in front of you.

The ladies and gents toilets are accessed via a room off the east side of Queen's Square on the second floor.
