Staff are available beside each manual gate.

Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.

Note that the Marylebone Road South entrance is only open between 07:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, in either the Bakerloo or Metropolitan Line concourse.

The Ticket Sales Windows

There are ticket sales windows near the right-hand end of the gate line in the Bakerloo and Metropolitan line concourses, as you enter the station. Note that there are no ticket sales facilities at the Marylebond road South entrance.
