The station is situated in the northeast corner of the junction between Baker Street (north/south) and Marylebone Road (east/west).
There are 4 entrances:
This is a single-stage crossing with tactile paving at each end. The posts with push button and rotating cone are north of the crossing, that is to your right as you cross away from the station, left as you cross towards the station.
This is a two-stage crossing with tactile paving throughout. The post with push button and rotating cone is to your right as you leave the pavement in either direction. On reaching the island, you turn right then left, the post with push button and rotating cone is to your left as you leave the island in either direction.
This is a single-stage crossing with tactile paving at each end. There's a post with rotating cone to each side as you cross in either direction.
This is a two-stage crossing with tactile paving throughout. As you leave the pavement from the south side, there's a post with push button and rotating cone to each side of the crossing. As you leave the pavement from the north, the post is to your right. On the island, you turn right then left, the post is to your left as you leave the island in either direction.
Outside Boots, serving buses towards Oxford Street: 13, 113, 139, 189 and N13. The 139 and 189 are 24 hour services.
As Baker Street is one way, the stop for buses in the opposite direction is beyond the scope of this guide.
As you continue east across the station forecourt, you pass the stop for London Tour buses before you reach Stop D. This serves buses towards Camden Town, Euston or Oxford Circus: 18, 27, 30, 74 (alighting point only) 205, 453, N18 and N74. The 27, 205 and 453 are 24 hour services.
Note, this is an alternative way to get to Paddington Station when there are problems on the Circle or Hammersmith & City lines.
As you move west, away from the station, you pass railings on your left. You reach Bus Stop Z after a few metres. This stop serves: 18, 27, 205, 453 and N18. The 27, 205 and 453 are 24 hour services.
