Overview

Staff are available beside each manual or Wide Aisle gate.

Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.

Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, in either the Earl's Court Road concourse or Warwick Road entrance.

In the Earl's Court Road Concourse

There's a Wide Aisle Gate at each end of the gate line, though the main assistance window appears to be at the south (left as you enter) end of this.

In the Warwick Road Entrance

The assistance window is at the south (right as you enter) end of the gate line.
