There are two island platforms, 1 - 2 and 3 - 4. From 13 December 2009, these will normally serve:
The more likely changes within this station will merely require crossing an island platform, though you can move between island platforms via either bridge. Perhaps the easiest to find would be the west bridge, which is off the west end of each platform, that is behind the rear of eastbound or terminating trains and beyond the front of westbound services.
The doors will open as follows, as you face the front of the train:
There's no tactile paving along the edge of the platforms, though barriers extend between the end of the train and the foot of the steps towards the west bridge.

Continue, beyond the rear of the train, go up two flights of steps then continue forward to the steps up in front of you. This avoids the planters which are along the left-hand side of the bridge. turn left, continue to the wall in front of you then turn left and go down two flights of steps onto the platform. Platform 3, District Line is to your left, whilst platform 4, Circle or Hammersmith & City Line is to your right. You're before the front of the train.
From the Circle or Hammersmith & City Line, continue beyond the front of the train, whilst from the District Line, continue behind the rear. Go up two flights of steps then continue to the steps in front of you. This avoids the planters along the right-hand side of the bridge. Turn right, continue to the wall in front of you then turn right and go down two flights of steps onto the platform. Platform 1, Circle or Hammersmith & City Line is to your left, you're behind the rear of the train. Platform 2, Circle Line via Kensington High Street, is to your right, you're before the front of the train.
