There is stairs access between:

• Between the Network Rail and underground concourses - between the up and down escalators.
• Between the Network Rail and underground concourses, via the entrance to the taxi area.
• Between the underground concourse and suburban section.
• Between the intermediate level and platforms 1 and 2, Northern Line Charing Cross Branch.
• Between the intermediate level and platforms 3 - 6, Victoria and Northern Line City Branch.

Note: There is escalator-only access between the underground concourse and intermediate level.
