The passage runs west from the northwest corner of the east concourse.

Turn right, (north) and ascend 12 steps, going north, before turning left again (west) into the passage.
Note there are two sets of stairs.

The stairs to the island platforms, 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6, leave the left (south) side of the passage with two flights of steps going up south onto each island platform.

Spiral staircases leave from the right (north) side of the passage to the London Underground platforms, that for platforms 3-4 then 1-2.

In each case, descend 3 times 17 steps spiralling anti-clockwise. At the bottom, you're facing north with the Piccadilly Line to your left, Victoria to your right. You're about in the middle of the trains.
