This is a through station on the Metropolitan and Chiltern lines< which run approximately east/west.

Layout

The concourse is located on a bridge, approximately north/south, between the entrances, which crosses the platforms. Three islands provide six platforms running approximately east/west. The islands are accessed via the bridge, near the west end of the platforms. A subway, approximately in the middle, provides an alternative means of changing platforms within the station.

Platforms are numbered from south to north as follows: -

1. Chiltern westbound (Aylesbury);
2. Chiltern eastbound (Marylebone);
3. Metropolitan westbound (normally to Watford or Amersham);
4. Metropolitan westbound (normally to Uxbridge);
5. Metropolitan southbound (Baker Street and beyond).
6. Metropolitan southbound (Baker Street and beyond).

The main entrance is from the forecourt at the north end of the bridge, whilst the south entrance is from the car park.

Accessibility

There is stairs-only access, but no step-free access through this station
