This is an island platform running north/south, with platform 4, eastbound lying west of platform 5, westbound. The reservation between the platforms is divided into two sections. The foot of the escalators from the Underground concourse is in the southern section from which escalators towards the mainline station leave from the far end. The foot of the north escalators from the mainline station is in the northern section of this space.
There is no tactile paving along the edge of the platforms.
You can reach this platform either via escalators from the Underground concourse, or from the Network Rail concourse.
You reach this area via the left-hand escalator facing north. There’s tactile flooring before the top of the escalators.
