Go through the gates and bear left, into the passage. The stairs for platform 1 are the first, those for platform 2 are the second, entrance on your right. Descend 2 flights of stairs into the covered area of the platform.

If you go to platform 1, westbound towards Rayners Lane, the trains run northwards through the station. You're at the rear of the front carriage - mind the gap and slight step down onto the train.

If you go to platform 2, eastbound, towards Acton Town and Hammersmith, trains run southwards through the station. You're near the front of the rear carriage. Mind the gap and slight step down onto the train.
