This part of the station consists of two passages, running north/south, with the entrance lying west of the exit.

You descend 21 steps, going west from the entrance to the middle of the island platform. Similarly, you ascend 21 steps, going west from the middle of the island platform to the exit passage.

The two passages are joined by the passage at the foot of the spiral staircase and, via the lifts which are to the north of this.
