There are two lifts, which you enter, going west and leave via the west doors which will be in front of you.

An audible alarm sounds whilst the doors are open.
Note, both sets of doors open simultaneously, so you could go straight through, (west), to the exit.

The lifts are automatically operated, the north lift contains a fire extinguisher on the south side and an alarm button on the north. The south one has the fire extinguisher on the north and alarm on the south side.
