This passage contains two travelators with a walkway between them, the right-hand travelator is normally the one you need. Beyond the end of the travelator is an area with two gaps leading to your right into the Jubilee Line interchange, we presume the first is intended to be the entrance, so take the first turning right.
At the end of this short passage, you can turn either left or right towards escalators to platform level. In either case, the left-hand escalator is normally the one you need. Go down to platform level.
If you turned left, take the first turning left for the eastbound, platform 6, you're near the front of the train. Take the second turning right for the westbound, platform 5, you're near the rear of the train.

Go into the passage in the middle of the platform. If you've come from the westbound, platform 6, the recess to the lift will be on your left, otherwise on your right. See the lift page for more details.
Go up to the intermediate level (using the button marked "I"), turn left from the lift and continue, across the interchange area into one of the passages in front of you, Continue to the exits.
At the time of our survey, it wasn't clear which direction was favoured as entrance or exit. There are two passages near each end of each platform into the central reservation from which escalators leave to the intermediate level, the left-hand escalator is normally the one you need. The exit to the Jubilee Line concourse, however is nearer the rear of westbound (front of eastbound) trains, so we'll give directions which favour this route.
From the eastbound, go towards the front of the train, ideally go through the last gap before the end of the platform and turn right towards the escalators.
From the westbound, go towards the rear of the train and, ideally go through the second gap before the end of the platform and turn left towards the escalators. Go to the intermediate level and take the first turning right.
