There is escalator access between:

• The mainline and Underground concourses, three escalators, you normally use the left-hand.
• The Underground and intermediate level concourses, three escalators, you normally use the right-hand.
• The Shell Centre and intermediate level concourses, two escalators with central steps, you normally use the left-hand.
• The Underground concourse and intermediate level, towards the Jubilee Line, three escalators, you normally use the left-hand.
• The Jubilee Line interchange and the platforms, two sets of three escalators, you normally use the left-hand.
• The Jubilee Line interchange and Jubilee Line concourse, two separate pairs, one up one down.
