About us

Calibre Audio Library provides a free postal library service of audio books for people with sight problems, dyslexia or other disabilities which prevent them reading print. There are over 8000 titles to choose from, all unabridged, including 1400 in the Young Calibre library for those under 16 years.

Books are on MP3 format CDs, memory sticks and cassettes. The catalogue is available online and in large print.

No independent confirmation of eligibility is required. Application forms available from Calibre.
