Northbound trams departing from Station Street (adjacent to Nottingham National Rail station) and running to either Hucknall or Phoenix Park take a different route to Southbound trams heading back towards Station Street from either Hucknall or Phoenix Park. The two routes diverge at the tramstop “The Forest” and rejoin at Wilkinson Street. Northbound trams run from The Forest via Noel Street, Beaconsfield Street and Shipstone Street to Wilkinson Street, whilst soutbound trams departing Wilkinson Street call at Radford Road and Hyson Green Market before arriving at The Forest.

For the purpose of clarity the route taken by northbound trams is shown by our Station Street - Hucknall route, whilst the southbound route is shown on the Phoenix Park-Station Street route.
