The common entrance to platforms 8, 9, 10 and 11 is off the north side of the corridor opposite the centre of the main concourse. There is a ramp leading down to an area in front of the gates.

This is an open space, the north side has a railing in the centre across the ends of tracks 9 and 10 with gaps either side leading to island platforms, platforms 8 and 9 on the right, platforms 10 and 11 on the left.
There's an assistance window facing north from the west end of the gate line.
Note that all the benches on these 4 platforms are moveable and may be in slightly different positions.
