Overview

The doors will open on your right as you face the front of the train. There is tactile paving along the edge of the Underground platforms 1 - 2 but none along the edge of the mainline platforms 3 - 4.

From the Underground, Platforms 1 - 2

There are two exits towards the escalators to the concourse, these are the second passage from either end of the platforms. If you need to use the spiral stairs, we suggest you leave via the passage from platform 1, beyond the front of the northbound train.

Via Escalators

You can either take the second passage from the front or rear of the train.

From the Northbound, Platform 1

From Near the Front

Turn right, go up two flights of steps then turn left and follow the passage which veers left towards the foot of the escalators.

Go up to the concourse.

From Near the Rear

Turn left, go up two flights of steps then turn right. Follow the passage which veers left towards the escalators.

Go up to the concourse.

From the Southbound, Platform 2

From Near the Front

Turn right, go up two flights of steps then turn right. Follow the passage which veers left towards the foot of the escalators.

Go up to the concourse.

From Near the Rear

Turn left, go up two flights of steps then turn left. Follow the passage which veers left towards the foot of the escalators.

At the top of the escalators, the gate line is to your left with the automatic exits at the near end and the manual gate at the far end. Turn left, go through the gates and continue, up the eight steps into the upper concourse.

Via the Spiral Stairs

From the southbound, platform 2, go to the rear of the train and go through the passage nearest the end of the platform, onto platform 1 then turn right.

From platform 1, go beyond the front of the train and go up a flight of steps to the intermediate level. turn right, continue to the end of this passage before turning right again to locate the foot of the spiral staircase. You spiral to your right, up seven flights before turning left, up another, straight flight of stairs into the lower concourse. Turn left for the automatic exit gates, continue forward to the wall before turning left for the manual gate.

Go through the gates and up the eight steps into the upper concourse.

From the Mainline, Platforms 3 - 4

From the Northbound, platform 3, go to the front of the train, go into the passage nearest the end of the platform and turn right.

From the southbound, platform 4, go to the rear of the train, go into the passage nearest the end of the platform and turn left.

Go down two flights of steps to the intermediate level then follow the passage which curves left before turning sharply right.

Via Escalators

Continue, along the passage, past the first turning left and take the second turning left, towards the foot of the escalators. Go up to the lower concourse.

At the top of the escalators, the gate line is to your left with the automatic exits at the near end and the manual gate at the far end. Turn left, go through the gates and continue, up the eight steps into the upper concourse.

Via the Spiral Stairs

Take the first turning left, continue to the end then turn right to locate the foot of the spiral staircase. You spiral to your right, up seven flights before turning left, up another, straight flight of stairs into the lower concourse. Turn left for the automatic exit gates, continue forward to the wall before turning left for the manual gate.

Go through the gates and up the eight steps into the upper concourse.

Note you should use the left hand two sections of these stairs.

• Turn right for exits 1 - 2.
• Turn left then take the left fork for exits 3 - 4.
• Turn left then take the right fork for exits 5 - 6.
• Continue forward for exits 7 - 8.
