Enter the westbound concourse, the ticket sales booth, which only opens during peak weekday hours, is at the right end of the wall facing you. If you need a ticket during off-peak hours, you'll need to cross to the eastbound concourse, see the Change Platforms page for further details. Otherwise, turn left. Go up one flight of 7 steps, the gates are in front of you with the manual gate at the right hand end of the gate line. Go through the gates onto the platform, you're at the rear of the train.
If you have a valid pass or ticket; as you face the entrance, take the left (east) entrance and continue forward through the automatic gates, onto the platform. You're at the front of the train. If you prefer the manual gate, take the right hand entrance into the ticket sales area. The manual gate is in front of you. Go through this and bear left onto the platform, you're at the front of the train.
If you need a ticket, take the right hand (west) entrance, the ticket sales booth is at the end of the wall on your right. The manual gate will be to your left at this point. Go through the gate and bear left onto the platform, you're at the front of the train.
