This is an island platform running east/west with platform 9, westbound lying south of platform 10, eastbound. There is tactile paving along the edge of these platforms.
Note that platform 9 extends east beyond platform 10.

There is one set of steps, going up east. Take the third turning right from the foot of the steps from the West Concourse. You go up 13, 12 then 12 steps, going east onto the platform. Platform 9, westbound is on your right, platform 10, eastbound to your left. We believe you're near the front of westbound, or rear of eastbound trains.
You go up 15 then 14 steps, going east, onto the platform. There's tactile paving at the top and bottom of these steps. Platform 9 is to your right, we believe you're about in the middle of the train.
There are two sets of steps from this subway.
You go up 11 then 14 steps, going west onto the platform. There is tactile paving at the bottom, though none at the top of these steps. Platform 9 is to your left, platform 10 to your right.
You go up 13 then 12 steps, going east. There's tactile paving at the top and bottom of these steps. Platform 9 is to your right, platform 10 to your left.
